This role serves as a day-to-day coordination point for Product Teams, Project/Program Managers, Scrum Masters, and business stakeholders to help ensure sprint activities, delivery updates, and cross-team dependencies are managed effectively. In addition, this role supports team productivity and delivery quality by facilitating scrum team activities, monitoring progress, and helping remove or escalate impediments as needed.
How You Will Make An Impact

Sprint Coordination and Impediment Tracking: Coordinate with Product Teams, Project/Program Managers, Scrum Masters, development teams, and business stakeholders to identify, assign, track, and communicate updates on action items, dependencies, risks, impediments, and product planning inputs. Support timely follow-up, escalation, and stakeholder alignment related to sprint activities, roadmap discussions, business needs, priorities, and product delivery work.
-
System Change Request and Release Coordination: Coordinate the end-to-end lifecycle of System Change Requests, including tracking status, preparing updates, and representing SCRs in Change Control Board meetings for review and approval. Partner with development and release teams to support successful deployment of approved system changes.
-
Production Incident Support: Support production incident management by ensuring support tickets are opened, appropriate production operations and business stakeholders are notified, and communication channels are established to support timely issue resolution. Track follow-up actions and provide status updates as needed.
What You Will Bring To The Role
