  Sr. Software Developer

Duties:

• Analyze, design, develop, test and modify computer software applications software or specialized

• Review and analyze business system and user needs and develop software solutions.

• Consult with clients and subject matter experts to develop or refine complex user requirements, translates user requirements from a formal requirements document into an application and/or database design.

• Create clear and complete design documents. Lead effective design reviews, with an emphasis on best practices.

• Lead effective code reviews, with an emphasis on ensuring effective coding practices.

• Plan and execute unit tests including technical, functional, and integration tests.

• Document system requirements, defining scope and objectives.

• Mentor junior developers on fundamentals, design patterns, effective coding practices, and tool usage.

• Position requirements: Bachelor’s degree or a foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Electronics, Engineering (any) or related field plus five years of progressive work experience in any position/title providing experience with .Net, SSIS & SSRS.

• Special requirements: Qualifying Experience must include experience with .Net, SSIS & SSRS.

• Position requires travel/relocation to various unanticipated client locations throughout the U.S. with expenses paid by the employer.
