-
Apply AI assisted development practices to increase team velocity, improve code quality, and accelerate the path from idea to product
-
Lead a full stack digital engineering team through hands on technical direction, code reviews, architectural guidance, mentoring, and Agile delivery
-
Drive quality, security, and availability through comprehensive testing, observability, ADA compliance, technical debt management, and secure engineering practices
-
Partner with UI/UX, product, QA, and business stakeholders to shape user centered solutions and advance a forward looking digital roadmap
-
8 to 10 years of progressive, hands on experience in full stack and mobile application development
-
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or a related discipline
-
Proven track record of leading end to end technical teams, conducting code reviews, and establishing engineering standards
-
Deep expertise in Angular, Ionic/Capacitor, and Java for cross platform mobile experience development
-
Strong full stack proficiency with TypeScript, HTML/SCSS, and backend API design and integration, including RESTful and GraphQL services
-
Demonstrated experience integrating AI and ML powered features into production mobile and web applications
-
Strong knowledge of mobile security, API security, performance optimization, observability, automated testing frameworks, CI/CD pipelines, and ADA accessibility standards
-
Preferred skills:
