Job Summary

We are looking for a

Senior Software Quality Assurance Engineer (Team Lead)

with strong

Core Banking

experience to lead functional, integration, and end-to-end testing across core banking and fintech platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead QA activities across core banking and fintech-integrated systems.

• Plan and coordinate testing for sprints and releases.

• Review requirements and develop test scenarios, cases, and test data.

• Validate banking workflows including

  CASA, Payments, SWIFT, RTGS, Lending, and Customer Management

  .

• Perform

  functional, regression, integration, SIT, UAT, and exploratory testing

  .

• Conduct API testing using

  Postman / REST / SOAP

  .

• Validate database data and transaction integrity using SQL.

• Manage defects, triage issues, and track resolution.

• Identify testing risks, dependencies, and blockers and report quality metrics.

• Mentor QA engineers and drive adherence to QA standards and STLC practices.

• Identify opportunities for test automation and process improvement.

Requirements

• 6+ years

  of experience in Software QA/Testing.

• Mandatory: Hands-on Core Banking experience.

• Strong functional, integration, regression, and system testing experience.

• Experience with banking workflows and end-to-end transaction processing.

• Hands-on API testing and database/SQL validation.

• Experience with

  JIRA, TestRail, Zephyr, HP ALM, or equivalent

  .

• Experience working in

  Agile/Scrum

  environments.

• Experience leading or coordinating QA teams/projects.

• Fintech, digital banking, high-volume transaction, or automation experience is an advantage.

• English:

  Fluent.

• Arabic:

  Good to have.

• ISTQB certification:

  Preferred.

Good to Have

• Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright

• JMeter / performance testing

• ISTQB Agile Tester

• Banking or fintech certifications
