Now we need an Accountant to help keep the engine running as one of our longtime team members heads into retirement at the end of the year. This isn't a "figure it out on day one" role — you'll get real overlap time working alongside the person you're replacing, learning our systems, our rhythms, and our numbers before you're on your own.

What You'll Be Doing

Managing the day-to-day financial operations across a company with multiple moving parts: residential service, new construction, custom home installs, and our Crown Club membership program
Keeping the books sharp, accurate, and on time
Partnering with leadership to make sense of the numbers behind the business
Bringing a detail-obsessed eye to everything you touch — because in this business, the details are where the profit lives

What We're Looking For

Someone detail-oriented to a fault. If you double-check your double-checks, we like you already.
Trades or field-services accounting experience preferred. You know this industry moves differently than a typical office job, and you speak the language of job costing, service calls, and construction draws.
A team-first attitude. We're a close group, and we want someone who adds to the culture, not just the spreadsheet.
