Staff Fullstack Engineer

We’re partnering with a

fast-growing, Series B SaaS company in NYC

building an AI-powered data and intelligence platform. They’re looking for a

Staff Software Engineer

to take technical ownership of critical product features, influence architecture, and help scale the engineering organization.

Location:

New York City - Hybrid, 4 days/week in office

Type:

Full-time

What you’ll do

Own complex features and systems end-to-end, from architecture through production
Build scalable, secure and well-tested applications and infrastructure
Drive technical strategy and high-impact architectural improvements
Work across frontend, backend, data and infrastructure as needed
Partner closely with product and business teams to shape the roadmap
Mentor engineers through technical leadership, code reviews and pair programming
Improve engineering practices, performance and development processes

Frontend:

TypeScript, React, Node.js

Backend:

Python, Django, TypeScript, Node.js, MySQL/Postgres

Data/Cloud:

Snowflake, Dagster, AWS, GCP

AI/Dev Tools:

Cursor, Claude Code
