This role offers the opportunity to shape AI-powered and developer-focused products used by millions of software professionals worldwide.

You will own products end-to-end, from early discovery and strategy through launch, experimentation, and continuous iteration.

Working closely with engineering, design, research, data science, and go-to-market teams, you will turn customer needs into exceptional product experiences.

The scope may span AI-assisted development, agentic workflows, core developer productivity, APIs, SDKs, platforms, or enterprise capabilities.

You will combine strong customer instincts with data, experimentation, and technical judgment to guide product decisions.

As an individual contributor, you will have significant influence over product direction, roadmap priorities, and measurable customer outcomes.

This is an ideal opportunity for an experienced product leader who thrives in fast-moving environments and enjoys building at significant scale.

Accountabilities:

As a Staff Product Manager, you will lead product strategy and execution across customer-facing developer experiences and foundational platform capabilities. Key responsibilities include:

  • Own products end-to-end, from discovery and strategy through launch, measurement, and ongoing iteration.

  • Define product direction, vision, success metrics, and roadmap priorities based on customer needs and business objectives.

  • Build prototypes, validate concepts, and rapidly iterate using customer feedback and data.

  • Develop products and experiences that improve developer productivity and deliver measurable customer impact.

  • Partner closely with engineering teams to evaluate technical approaches, understand architecture and implementation tradeoffs, and inform product decisions.

  • Use experimentation, customer feedback, telemetry, and product intuition to identify opportunities and make informed decisions.

  • Design and execute controlled experiments to validate hypotheses, measure impact, and guide product direction.

  • Conduct customer and market discovery to uncover unmet needs and translate insights into product opportunities.

  • Balance long-term product strategy with rapid execution and delivery.

  • Influence senior stakeholders and create alignment across engineering, design, research, data science, and go-to-market teams.

  • Contribute to products across areas such as AI-assisted software development, agentic developer experiences, core productivity, APIs, SDKs, platforms, and enterprise capabilities.

  • Scale successful products through continuous experimentation, customer learning, and iterative development.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate is an experienced product builder with strong technical instincts, customer empathy, and a demonstrated ability to deliver products at scale. Key qualifications include:

  • 8+ years of experience in product, service, project, or program management, software development, product design, or a related field; or a bachelor’s degree in a related field with 6+ years of relevant experience; or equivalent professional experience.

  • Proven experience building and shipping developer-facing products or features.

  • Demonstrated ability to take products from 0-to-1 while also scaling established products.

  • Experience using experimentation and customer-driven learning to develop and improve products.

  • Strong experience with front-end products, API design, SDK design, developer platforms, or other developer-facing tools.

  • Strong technical background enabling effective collaboration with engineering teams and informed evaluation of technical tradeoffs.

  • Passion for AI-assisted development and agentic developer tools, with hands-on experience using these technologies in day-to-day workflows.

  • Strong experimentation mindset and ability to use data, telemetry, and customer feedback to inform product decisions.

  • Demonstrated success scaling products from hundreds to millions of users is preferred.

  • Exceptional customer focus and product judgment, with the ability to identify high-impact opportunities.

  • Strong communication, partnership, and stakeholder-influence skills across technical and business teams.

  • Ability to move comfortably between strategic thinking and hands-on execution in a fast-paced environment.

Benefits:

  • Annual base salary of $140,400–$372,300, depending on location, experience, knowledge, skills, and qualifications.

  • Remote work opportunity within the United States.

  • Annual bonus and stock opportunities for eligible roles.

  • Additional sales incentives may be available for certain roles based on applicable plans and responsibilities.

  • Competitive compensation designed to recognize individual impact.

  • Learning and professional growth opportunities.

  • Flexible, remote-first working environment.

  • Opportunity to work on large-scale AI, developer, platform, and enterprise products.

  • Collaborative environment focused on customer impact, experimentation, growth, and continuous learning.

  • Inclusive workplace that values diverse perspectives and backgrounds.
