Staff Product Manager (Pricing)
Faire
Job description
-
You will own one of the most impactful levers for brand success and growth: pricing
-
As the Staff PM for Brand Pricing, your mission is to help brands offer compelling, competitive prices that drive sales — building the tools, insights, and experiences that make it easy for brands to set the right prices, and for retailers to identify the smartest buying choices for their stores
-
Pricing is a complex problem that sits at the intersection of brand economics, retailer buying behavior, and marketplace dynamics
-
You’ll design products that help brands understand how their pricing is performing, surface opportunities to grow their sales through smarter pricing decisions, and reduce the friction that gets in the way of keeping prices up to date
-
You’ll work closely with engineering, data science, operations, and go-to-market teams — and bring a sharp point of view on where to invest to drive the most meaningful outcomes for brands and the marketplace
-
Deeply understand both our brand and retailer customers so that you can build the strategies and frameworks that define how Faire thinks about pricing across the marketplace — balancing brand economics, retailer trust, and long-term marketplace growth
-
Own the pricing roadmap end-to-end. Define strategy and sequencing across insights (helping brands understand their pricing performance), tools (making it easy to keep prices current and competitive), and the underlying data that powers it all
-
Build brand-facing products that drive growth. Create intuitive tools and workflows — from price management interfaces to intelligent recommendations — that make it easy for brands to act on pricing opportunities and grow their sales on Faire
-
Invest in data foundations. Partner with engineering and data science to build the data infrastructure that powers pricing insights and recommendations at scale
-
Be the voice of tradeoffs. Use analytics and frameworks to guide decisions about where to invest, when to build vs. buy, and how to balance brand experience with marketplace outcomes. Present clear recommendations to senior leadership
