About the Opportunity:

The Staff Site Reliability Engineer role is integral to maintaining and enhancing the organization’s cloud-based identity platform. This position focuses on designing, deploying, and sustaining infrastructure that supports one of the largest identity platforms worldwide. The role contributes by optimizing continuous integration and deployment processes, ensuring system resilience, security, and cost efficiency, and collaborating across teams to improve service reliability and operational excellence.

Responsibilities:

• Design and deliver solutions for cloud-hosted production infrastructure both independently and collaboratively.

• Optimize and automate CI/CD pipelines for deploying mission-critical enterprise software.

• Build and support cloud infrastructure and security technologies that ensure resiliency and observability.

• Communicate effectively across different audiences within the organization and share knowledge to aid team development.

• Participate in work planning and identify opportunities for process and system improvements.

• Evaluate and select appropriate technologies.

• Participate in on-call rotations to maintain cloud solutions.

Requirements:

• Experience with scalable, distributed systems architecture.

• Proficiency with cloud platforms.

• Programming experience in Go.

• Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker.

• Experience with orchestration tools such as Kubernetes.

• Skills in automating service deployments, including networking, security, and configuration management.

• Understanding of best practices for deployment automation.

• Experience using Git in collaborative environments.

• Computer Science degree or equivalent experience.

Advantages:

Pay Range and Compensation Package:

• Salary range: $136,000–$181,000.

• Final compensation will be based on knowledge, skills, and abilities.
