Structural Design Engineer

We are an Engineering consultancy located in Doha and we are looking for a qualified Design Structural Engineer to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for structural analysis and design of reinforced concrete and steel structures for different building projects, ensuring efficient, safe, and code-compliant solutions.

Responsibilities

• Perform structural analysis and design of reinforced concrete buildings, including high-rise towers (20+ stories).

• Develop and review structural calculations, models, and design reports.

• Utilize CSI software (ETABS, SAFE) for structural modeling and analysis.

• Prepare and coordinate structural drawings with drafting teams.

• Coordinate closely with Architectural, MEP, and other disciplines to ensure design integration.

• Review and optimize structural systems (RC & Steel) for efficiency and constructability.

• Ensure compliance with international codes and local authority regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering.

• Minimum 7-10 years of experience in structural design consultancy.

• Strong experience in large-scale RC projects, including high-rise buildings (20+ floors).

• Proficient in ETABS and SAFE (CSI programs).

• Good knowledge of AutoCAD.

• Experience in multi-disciplinary coordination.

• Knowledge in steel structure structural system review is required.

• Previous GCC experience is mandatory.

• Qatar and Philippines based applicants are preferred.
