System Analyst (Finance and Corporate Credit)

• Act as the primary liaison between business users, product owners, developers, QA teams, and third-party vendors to ensure alignment of requirements and solution delivery.

• Support application lifecycle management, including system enhancements, upgrades, deployments, and post-production support.

• Monitor system performance, data quality, and operational workflows to identify anomalies, troubleshoot issues, and recommend corrective actions.

• Conduct impact assessments for business and system changes, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.

• Collaborate with technical teams on system integration requirements, API interfaces, and data mapping activities.

• Coordinate and support testing activities, including System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and defect management.

• Facilitate stakeholder workshops, requirement gathering sessions, and solution walkthroughs.

• Ensure compliance with organizational standards, security requirements, and governance frameworks.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Technical Skills

  • Knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile delivery methodologies.

  • Ability to analyze business processes and design system solutions.

  • Working knowledge of SQL for data analysis, validation, and troubleshooting.

  • Understanding of system integration concepts, APIs, and data exchange mechanisms (files, ETL etc.).

  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel for reporting and data analysis.

  • Familiarity with ticketing and project management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, ITSM, ServiceNow, or similar platforms.

  • Experience with testing methodologies, defect tracking, and UAT coordination.

  • Understanding of application support and incident management processes.

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.

  • 5+ years of experience in System Analysis, Business Analysis, Application Support, or related roles.

  • Experience working with enterprise applications and business-critical systems.

  • Experience supporting system implementation, enhancement, and transformation projects.

  • Knowledge of application support, incident management, and service delivery frameworks.

  • Knowledge of ITIL processes, service management principles, and operational governance.

  • Experience in data analysis, validation, reporting, and dashboard preparation.

  • Experience coordinating with business users, development teams, QA teams, and external vendors.
