Job description

Who we are...

Latitude is a growing Service-Disabled Veteran Owned (SDVOSB) Company within the Federal Sector. We have experience in working with various federal clients across multiple different agencies. We believe in adopting and growing a remote work-from-home culture wherever possible to ensure a healthy work-to-life balance. We believe in automating the mundane and investing in our employees helping them grow their careers over time. We strive for innovation and want to develop solutions that we can take pride in and help break through some of the barriers that exist in technology and the government sectors today.

Description...

We are hiring a Systems Architect to design how supply chain and logistics systems fit together for a federal health customer. You will own interface and integration architecture across applications, data stores and connected devices, and set the standards delivery teams build against. The role sits with the engineering group and works alongside product teams, security, and the customer's technical stakeholders. This position is fully remote within the United States.

What you will do...

  • Design integration and interface architecture across supply chain applications, data stores and connected devices.

  • Select the standards and patterns the program will use, and document them so delivery teams build consistently.

  • Evaluate emerging technology for fit and prove it out before it reaches a production roadmap.

  • Produce the architecture artifacts the program runs on: diagrams, decision records, and standard operating procedures.

  • Partner with security and platform engineering so designs are authorizable, not just workable.

Minimum qualifications...

  • Bachelor's degree and 15+ years of systems or integration architecture experience.

  • Demonstrated ownership of interface architecture across multiple integrated systems.

  • Hands-on experience with a recognized enterprise architecture framework (TOGAF, FEAF, DoDAF or Zachman).

  • Experience with healthcare interoperability standards such as HL7, FHIR, CDA or DICOM.

  • Experience producing architecture documentation and standards that delivery teams work to.

  • Ability to obtain and maintain a federal background investigation (Public Trust).

Preferred qualifications...

  • Experience on federal health IT programs.

  • Experience architecting supply chain, logistics, inventory or asset management systems.

  • Cloud migration and hybrid architecture experience (AWS, Azure).

  • TOGAF, AWS, or Azure architecture certification.

  • Experience working within Agile or SAFe at scale.

  • API and service-layer design, including contract-first approaches.

  • Familiarity with federal IT governance and approved-tooling processes.

Clearance...

Applicants selected will be subject to a Security Investigation and May need to Meet Requirements for Access to Protected and/or Classified Information
