Role Overview

We are seeking motivated

Retail Experts

to provide in-person tax assistance at TurboTax retail or flagship locations across the U.S. In this role, you will serve as a trusted advisor, offering comprehensive tax return preparation, advice, and support using TurboTax products. You will help customers navigate simple to complex tax situations, maximize refunds, and plan for future financial goals.

Key Responsibilities

Act as a community ambassador, engaging prospects and building long-term client relationships.
Provide hands-on tax services, uncover deductions, and optimize liabilities.
Create an exceptional customer experience through professionalism and personalized support.
Participate in local marketing efforts and community outreach to promote tax literacy.

Qualifications & Skills

Active EA, CPA, or attorney license with at least 3 years of tax preparation experience.
Proficiency with tax software, federal and state filings, and knowledge of tax laws.
Strong communication skills, bilingual abilities (English/Spanish) a plus.
Willingness to work onsite in a retail environment, wearing a uniform, and engaging with the community.
Entrepreneurial mindset, customer-focused, and adept at managing multiple priorities independently.

Additional Details

Must reside in the U.S. and obtain relevant state licenses if needed.
