We are seeking

dedicated retail experts

to provide in-person tax assistance at locations across the U.S., combining

tax expertise, community engagement, and customer service

In this role, you will

offer comprehensive tax return preparation, advice, and software support for a variety of tax situations
build long-term client relationships and grow the local customer base
serve as a community ambassador, engaging prospects and participating in local marketing efforts
deliver an exceptional customer experience by understanding individual needs and providing personalized solutions
utilize professional resources and tools to ensure accurate and efficient service

Qualifications include:

active CPA, EA, or attorney license, with at least 3 years of experience filing federal and state tax returns using professional software, and an active PTIN.

Ideal candidates are

entrepreneurial, self-driven, and passionate about empowering customers
excellent communicators with strong interpersonal skills
comfortable working onsite in a retail environment and engaging with the community
bilingual abilities and experience in holistic tax advising are a plus
