We are seeking

dedicated TurboTax Retail Experts

to provide in-person tax services at retail locations across the country.

In this role, you will

offer comprehensive tax advice, prepare returns, and support customers

using TurboTax software, catering to simple and complex tax situations.

You will

build community relationships, promote TurboTax services, and attract new clients

, acting as a community ambassador and leveraging marketing efforts.

Key responsibilities include

delivering exceptional customer experiences, conducting discovery sessions, maximizing refunds, and providing future tax planning

Ideal candidates will have

active CPA, EA, or attorney licenses, at least 3 years of tax prep experience, and familiarity with tax laws and professional software

Strong communication skills, a customer-focused mindset, entrepreneurial drive, and ability to work onsite are essential.
