We are seeking

dedicated TurboTax Retail Experts

to provide in-person tax assistance at retail or flagship locations across the country.

In this role, you will serve as a trusted advisor, offering

full-service tax return preparation, advice, and software support

for diverse customer needs.

You will engage with the community as a

proactive ambassador

, attracting and building long-term client relationships through outreach and marketing efforts.

Key responsibilities include conducting discovery sessions, maximizing refunds, minimizing liabilities, and delivering personalized tax solutions using professional tools and resources.

Delivering an

exceptional customer experience

through professionalism, empathy, and genuine interest in helping clients achieve financial goals is essential.

The role requires

active tax licenses (EA, CPA, attorney)

with a minimum of 3 years of experience preparing at least 30 federal and state returns annually, familiarity with Circular 230, and comfort working onsite.

Ideal candidates are

bilingual (English/Spanish)

, entrepreneurial, tech-savvy, and passionate about community engagement.

Skills in communication, customer service, and managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment are essential.

Candidate must reside within the U.S. and obtain any necessary state licenses.
