Ihre Aufgaben:

• Übernahme sämtlicher Assistenz- sowie organisatorischer und administrativer Aufgaben für das Management und für das Team

• Bearbeitung der internen/externen Korrespondenz

• Terminkoordination, Vorbereitung von Besprechungen

• Vor- und Nachbearbeitung von Sitzungen

• Administration von Geschäftsreisen

• Ansprechpartner für die Zeitdaten in der SAP-Zeitwirtschaft

• Erstellung von Geschäfts- /Präsentationsunterlagen

** Unsere Anforderungen:

• Eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung, idealerweise ergänzt um eine assistenzbezogene Weiterbildung

• Einschlägige Berufserfahrung im Assistenzbereich

• Sehr gute Anwenderkenntnisse (insbesondere Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SAP)

• Gute Englischkenntnisse, weitere Fremdsprachenkenntnisse sind von Vorteil

• Freundliches, kundenorientiertes und sicheres Auftreten, ausgeprägtes Organisationstalent sowie eine zuverlässige, verantwortungsbewusste und selbständige Arbeitsweise sowie hohe persönliche Reife
