Technical Marketing Manager (UAE)

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead technical relationship management for strategic key accounts and establish communication frameworks with regional technical teams.

2. Lead regular technical engagement sessions with key customers to showcase the company’s technological strengths and enhance brand preference.

3. Identify and analyze the technical needs of key accounts, working closely with product teams to drive product optimization, upgrades, and technology iteration.

4. Conduct comprehensive, multi-channel technical market research; perform in-depth competitive analysis and deliver high-value insights to support strategic decision-making.

5. Support technical coordination and alignment for strategic key accounts and major projects, ensuring smooth execution and delivery.

6. Collaborate closely with the sales team to expand market share across key accounts.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in pre-sales engineering and solutions (inverter and energy storage systems preferred) with a master’s degree; or 5+ years with a bachelor’s degree in the PV & energy storage industry.

• Strong international business collaboration capabilities.

• Experience in large-scale PV & energy storage projects is preferred.

• Fluency in English, Arabic, and French is a plus.
