Technical Product Manager

Augmentedera is looking for a Technical Product Manager to lead delivery across several of our digital products and projects. Some are mature platforms with complex, interconnected systems. Others are new builds.

This role sits between the business and engineering. You’ll find out what teams across the company need, turn it into clear technical requirements, and see it through to release. We work AI-first. We're looking for someone who already uses AI tools and vibe coding in their daily work, not someone planning to learn.

Responsibilities

• Manage several products and projects at once, from requirements through to release

• Work with technical and business stakeholders (Operations, Support, Finance, Legal, Marketing and Management) to gather requirements and agree priorities

• Turn business needs into technical requirements: user stories, acceptance criteria, user flows and integration details

• Use AI tools to create mockups and working prototypes that test ideas early

• Check dependencies and impact across systems before changes go live

• Run agile delivery in Jira or Linear: backlog, sprint planning, reviews and retrospectives

• Work day-to-day with remote developers and engineers

• Use AI agents and automation to improve how the team plans, documents, tests, and delivers

• Keep stakeholders informed with clear, regular updates

• Use data to measure results and set priorities

Requirements

• 3–5 years in product management or technical project management

• Experience with e-commerce or fintech platforms

• Hands-on experience with AI tools and vibe coding (e.g., Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, Lovable or similar)

• Practical experience working with AI agents

• Good understanding of APIs, microservices and system integrations

• Working knowledge of SQL

• Strong agile experience with Jira or Linear

• Experience working with remote engineering teams

• Excellent written and spoken English

• A track record of handling several projects and stakeholders at once

• Based in the UAE
