Job Title – Technical Product Owner

Job Description:

A Technical Product Owner / Technical Product Manager who has experience owning AI/ML-based decisioning, recommendation, personalization, or optimization platforms, ideally in telecommunications.

The person should understand how these platforms work technically and be comfortable working with AI/ML, Python, microservices, real-time decisioning, and optimization.

Core requirements:

11+ years as a Product Owner / Product Manager in technical/AI platforms
Experience with decisioning engines, recommendation systems, personalization, or optimization
Strong AI/ML understanding
Experience with real-time/high-volume microservices
Experience with A/B testing or champion/challenger experimentation
Telecom experience preferred
Exposure to quantum computing / quantum optimization is highly desirable
Quantum technologies mentioned: D-Wave, QUBO, QAOA, Qiskit, dimod
Python / ML ecosystem exposure
Strong mathematical/optimization background is a plus
Someone with VERY deep Statistics/Optimization background
Can go very deep into QUBO, Gate Models etc
