Revolve Visa Services is a Qatar-based visa services company specializing in visit visa services for Qatar residents and citizens. We are looking for an energetic and target-driven Tele Sales Executive to join our team and help us grow our customer base.

Job Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers and introduce our visit visa services.

• Handle incoming calls, WhatsApp inquiries, and customer leads professionally.

• Understand customer travel requirements and recommend the most suitable visa service.

• Convert inquiries and leads into confirmed sales.

• Follow up with customers regularly to close pending leads.

• Explain visa requirements, procedures, processing times, and service fees clearly.

• Build strong relationships with customers and provide excellent service throughout the sales process.

• Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and sales.

• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets.

• Follow up with previous customers for repeat business and referrals.

• Coordinate with the operations/visa processing team to ensure a smooth customer experience.

• Stay updated on the company's visa services, offers, and procedures.

Requirements

• Previous experience in tele-sales, telesales, call center sales, or customer sales is preferred.

• Experience in the travel, visa, immigration, or tourism industry is an advantage.

• Strong communication and convincing skills.

• Confident and professional telephone manner.

• Ability to handle objections and close sales.

• Target-oriented, motivated, and self-driven.

• Good customer service and follow-up skills.

• Ability to work under pressure and achieve sales targets.

• Good English communication skills.

• Arabic or other languages are an advantage.

• Candidates with experience in Qatar and knowledge of the local customer market are preferred.
