Tendering Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and manage

technical and financial proposals

for tenders and RFQs.

• Review tender documents, drawings, BOQs, specifications, and scope of work.

• Coordinate with technical, commercial, procurement, and project teams to develop competitive bids.

• Prepare

cost estimates, pricing, rate analysis, and financial offers

.

• Identify project requirements, risks, exclusions, and commercial conditions.

• Prepare method statements, technical submissions, compliance statements, and other tender documentation.

• Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain quotations and pricing.

• Ensure tender submissions are complete, accurate, and submitted within deadlines.

• Maintain proper records of tender documents and submitted proposals.

Requirements:

✅ Minimum

5 years of relevant experience

in tendering / estimation / proposal preparation.

✅ Experience in

construction and engineering projects

is preferred.

✅ Strong knowledge of

technical and financial proposal preparation

.

✅ Good understanding of BOQ, cost estimation, pricing, and rate analysis.

✅ Strong skills in

MS Excel and MS Office

.

✅ Good communication and coordination skills.

✅ Ability to work under tight tender deadlines.
