We’re hiring: Tenders & Online Business Development Specialist

📍 Jeddah · On-site · Full-time

Next Future is a Jeddah-based group working in software & IT, marketing & media production, and printing. We’re looking for someone to find and win new business through Saudi procurement platforms and online channels.

What you’ll do

• Check Etimad and other tender platforms daily for opportunities that fit our services

• Prepare and submit bids: technical and financial proposals, required documents, all before the deadline

• Keep our company registrations and supplier profiles active and up to date

• Track every submission and its outcome

• Support our social media and use LinkedIn to generate leads

What we need

• Hands-on experience submitting on Etimad (اعتماد) or similar platforms (required)

• 1–3 years in tenders, bids, or business development

• Some social media experience: content, page management, or campaigns

• Strong Arabic writing and good English

• Organized and serious about deadlines

• Based in Jeddah

Nice to have: experience with large private-sector supplier portals

• تتابع كل عرض مقدّم ونتيجته

• تدعم حساباتنا في السوشال ميديا وتستخدم لينكدإن لجلب العملاء

• خبرة فعلية في التقديم على اعتماد أو منصات مشابهة (شرط أساسي)

• خبرة من سنة إلى ٣ سنوات في المنافسات أو تطوير الأعمال

• خبرة في السوشال ميديا

• كتابة عربية قوية وإنجليزي كويس

• منظم وما تفوّت المواعيد

• مقيم في جدة
