Job description
Join a purpose-driven team creating immersive Unity-based applications that teach families about money in a playful, engaging way. You’ll work from a creative studio on the Gold Coast with a collaborative team, building mobile-first, visually polished experiences.
Key Responsibilities

Build immersive 3D environments using Unity (C#)

Integrate animations, 2D/3D assets, particle systems, and UI

Optimise scenes for mobile performance across platforms

Collaborate daily with designers and artists on-site

Create custom editor tools and reusable systems

Maintain clean, scalable code and follow best practices
Required Skills

Strong proficiency in Unity + C#

Animator, Timeline, and Cinemachine experience

Proven mobile optimisation capabilities

Custom tooling and automation for Unity Editor

Excellent collaboration in a creative team environment
Preferred Skills

Familiarity with ECS/DOTS/Burst

Background in VFX or cinematic development

Experience in startups or iterative teams

Passion for education, fintech, or gaming
