Job Summary

A reputed home care healthcare company in Qatar is hiring qualified Registered Nurses (RNs) with relevant clinical experience to deliver nursing care and support patients in a home care environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess patients and provide nursing care according to their needs.

• Monitor vital signs and changes in patients' health conditions.

• Administer medications and treatments within professional scope and prescribed care plans.

• Maintain accurate patient records and nursing documentation.

• Coordinate with doctors and other healthcare professionals.

• Follow infection control, patient safety, and clinical care standards.

• Educate patients and caregivers on relevant care procedures.

• Maintain patient dignity, privacy, and confidentiality.

Candidate Requirements

• 3-year Nursing Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing.

• Minimum 2 years of Registered Nurse experience.

• Valid nursing registration.

• DataFlow verification required.

• Prometric examination required.

• Conversational English communication skills.

Salary and Benefits

• Salary: QAR 5,000/month
