Your Key Responsibilities
The Foundry is a New York-based team of entrepreneurs, product managers, operators and strategists who have a proven track record of turning ideas into successful new growth businesses. In April 2016, EY acquired this team out of Highnote Foundry, a venture capital and venture services firm, in order to build and launch new businesses for EY Americas Tax.
We're looking for versatile team members to work on a diverse portfolio of projects, which currently includes:

Development of a novel AI platform capable of generating written advice to clients in the same way that a human advisor currently does

Evolution of an immersive AI simulation platform – EY ConvoCoach – that teaches better communication skills

Development of new SaaS offerings built from Foundry developed technology
As a member of our team, you may be involved in:
-
Working with strategists, designers, developers and other key stakeholders, to concept, design, and develop digital products and services that address a compelling market opportunity

Conducting product research to inform concepts and new features and developing the corresponding user stories and requirements
-
Conducting ongoing experimentation and evaluating user feedback, product usage and key metrics, with an eye toward continuously improving the value proposition and user experience
Skills and attributes for success
To qualify for the role, you must have:
-
A predicted undergraduate or graduate degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; supported by a strong academic record.

3.0 cumulative college/university GPA.
-
Superior project management, interpersonal, communication, teaming and organizational skills.
-
Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills.
-
An interest working in our team-led and leader-enabled hybrid model. Our expectation is for most people in external, client serving roles to work together in person 60% of the time over the course of an engagement, project or year.

Access to reliable transportation to/from the EY office and client sites. A driver’s license is strongly recommended as ride share and public transportation options may not be available in all locations.

The ability and willingness to travel and work in excess of standard hours when necessary. In certain circumstances, travel may be required beyond your work location based on client and project needs.

You must either reside in or be in a commutable distance to New York City for this position.

Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employer sponsorship, now and in the future.
Ideally, you will have:

Cumulative college/university GPA of 3.2 or above.

The ability to synthesize input and insights from multiple sources and prioritize accordingly.

Some technical knowledge from formal education or practical experience.
-
An understanding of the Agile framework.
-
Knowledge of SQL.
-
Knowledge of how to leverage firm-approved AI tools in a business setting, including Microsoft Copilot.

We offer a comprehensive compensation and benefits package where you’ll be rewarded based on your performance and recognized for the value you bring to the business. The salary for this job in all geographic locations in the US is $120,000. Individual salaries within those ranges are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, skills and geography. In addition, our Total Rewards package includes medical and dental coverage, pension and 401(k) plans, and a wide range of paid time off options.
