Waterproofing Site Engineer

• Oversee the application of waterproofing systems, ensuring adherence to project specifications and manufacturer guidelines.

• Conduct daily site inspections to identify potential defects, deviations from the design, and safety hazards, documenting findings comprehensively.

• Maintain accurate records of material usage, labor deployment, and equipment utilization for cost control and project management.

• Troubleshoot and resolve on-site waterproofing issues promptly

• Ensure strict compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations on the construction site, promoting a safety-first culture.

• Prepare detailed daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports, highlighting progress, resource requirements.

• Perform quality control checks on materials and workmanship, conducting tests and taking corrective actions to maintain the highest standards.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering

• Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience specifically in waterproofing application and site supervision.

• Proven expertise in various waterproofing systems and their installation techniques.

• Proficiency in reading and interpreting construction drawings, specifications, and method statements.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to address complex site challenges effectively.
