WE ARE HIRING – PAYROLL & PETTY CASH ACCOUNTANT

We are looking for an experienced Accountant to manage payroll and petty cash for our transport company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare monthly payroll, including attendance, overtime, leave and deductions.

• Prepare WPS salary files and maintain accurate employee payroll records.

• Manage petty cash payments, vouchers, receipts and daily cash reconciliation.

• Verify and record driver advances, site expenses and reimbursements.

• Reconcile employee balances and prepare monthly payroll and petty cash reports.

• Coordinate with Accounts, HR and Operations to resolve discrepancies.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of relevant payroll and petty cash accounting experience.

• Knowledge of UAE payroll procedures and WPS.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Tally Prime.

• Strong accuracy, confidentiality and organizational skills.

• Transport or fleet company experience preferred.

Salary: Based on experience and qualifications.
