Business Analyst

We’re looking for a Business Analyst to help bridge the gap between business needs and technology solutions at Ideal Solutions.

This role is ideal for someone who can analyze business processes, understand stakeholder requirements, and translate business needs into practical solutions that improve efficiency, support decision-making, and deliver meaningful business value. You’ll work closely with business users, clients, project managers, and technical teams to identify opportunities, solve problems, and ensure solutions align with business objectives.

What you’ll be driving:

• Gather, analyze, and document business and system requirements through stakeholder meetings, interviews, and workshops.

• Analyze existing business processes, identify gaps, and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity.

• Translate business requirements into clear functional specifications, use cases, and project documentation.

• Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure effective communication and alignment.

• Evaluate potential technology solutions, assessing their feasibility, cost, and business impact.

• Support system testing, user acceptance testing, and the resolution of issues to ensure solutions meet business requirements.

• Assist in managing project scope, requirements traceability, and stakeholder expectations throughout the project lifecycle.

• Monitor implemented solutions, gather feedback, and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.

What we’re looking for:

You’re an analytical and solution-oriented professional who combines strong business understanding with effective communication and problem-solving skills.

You’ll bring:

• 2+ years of relevant business analysis experience.

• Fluency in English and Arabic is a must.

• A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management Information Systems (MIS), Computer Science, or a related field.

• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret information, identify gaps, and develop practical recommendations.

• Experience gathering, analyzing, and documenting business and system requirements.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
