Data Scientist (Package in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia)

Eurisko is looking for a talented Data Scientist to join our growing AI & Data Analytics team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, hands-on experience in machine learning and statistical modeling, and the ability to translate complex data into actionable business insights.

Experience in Banking & FinTech is a strong plus.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy machine learning and predictive analytics models.

• Analyze large, complex datasets to identify patterns, trends, and business opportunities.

• Develop data-driven solutions for customer segmentation, forecasting, recommendations, and risk analysis.

• Collaborate with data engineers, AI engineers, and business stakeholders to deliver end-to-end data science solutions.

• Build, evaluate, and optimize models for accuracy, scalability, and performance.

• Communicate analytical findings through clear visualizations and business recommendations.

• Contribute to AI-driven initiatives and intelligent decision-making solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in Data Science or Machine Learning.

• Strong proficiency in Python and SQL.

• Hands-on experience with Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn, and other machine learning frameworks.

• Solid understanding of statistics, predictive modeling, classification, regression, and clustering.

• Experience in feature engineering, model evaluation, and optimization.

• Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar.

• Understanding of data pipelines, data quality, and large-scale data processing.

• Strong communication, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.

Nice to Have

• Experience in Banking, Financial Services, or FinTech

• Knowledge of financial use cases such as fraud detection, credit scoring, customer churn, next-best-action, and customer intelligence.

• Exposure to Generative AI, LLMs, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).

• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).

• Familiarity with MLOps, model deployment, and monitoring.

• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
