Interior Designer & 3D Visualizer

M Engineering is looking for an interior designer to develop luxury villa and fit-out concepts and produce design content continuously for our Instagram page.

Responsibilities

• Develop space plans, furniture layouts, mood boards, and design presentations.

• Create 3D models and realistic renders using AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, and rendering software.

• Prepare detailed interior drawings and coordinate design details with our project team.

• Select materials, finishes, furniture, lighting, and accessories to suit each design and budget.

• Source samples and maintain an organised vendor list with product details, prices, and lead times.

• Regularly create original, Instagram-ready design content, including villa concepts, interior renders, before-and-after visuals, material presentations, carousels, and short design videos.

• Prepare content in the required Instagram sizes and submit final images and videos with organised project files.

• Use AI tools to develop ideas and improve visual content while keeping plans, proportions, and materials accurate.

Requirements

• A strong portfolio in residential interior design, preferably luxury villas.

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and 3ds Max.

• Strong rendering, material selection, and AI visualisation skills.

• Ability to deliver new design content consistently according to an agreed content schedule.

Instagram page management and publishing will be handled by M Engineering. This role is responsible for creating and delivering the design visuals.
