We work at the intersection of architecture and engineering, delivering structural and facade solutions for complex and high-profile commercial, cultural, and residential projects.

About the Role

We are looking for a Structural Engineer with 3–5 years of experience to join our Berlin team. You'll take ownership of structural design tasks from concept through delivery, working closely with clients and project teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute structural concrete designs using RFEM

• Work independently on assigned scopes while coordinating with the broader project team

• Liaise directly with clients to align on design requirements and progress

• Collaborate with BIM/drafting colleagues to ensure structural intent is accurately modeled and documented

Requirements

• 3-5 years of professional experience in structural engineering

• Proficiency with RFEM for structural analysis and concrete design

• Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage client-facing communication

• Strong English communication skills; German proficiency is a plus

• Bacheloror preferably higher degree in Engineering required (practical experience in structural analysis is more important)
