Job description

Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a Sushi Chef or in a similar Japanese kitchen role.

Strong knowledge of sushi preparation and Japanese cuisine.

Experience handling fresh fish and seafood.

Good knife skills and knowledge of sushi preparation techniques.

Ability to maintain consistent quality and presentation during busy operations.
